Using Pony

These terms apply to the Pony app and mixwithpony.com, operated by PİXİR YAZILIM DANIŞMANLIK PAZARLAMA SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ.. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Pony is intended for adults who meet the legal drinking age where they live.

The app is being prepared for release. Preview images and demonstrations show the intended experience; availability may vary by platform and release.

Recipes & responsible use

Pony provides cocktail inspiration and preparation guidance. You are responsible for checking ingredients, allergens, equipment safety, serving sizes and local laws. Recipe variants are labelled where relevant. Illustrations and animations simplify real-world techniques.

Use your own judgement, consume alcohol responsibly, and never drink and drive. Alcohol-free choices are included, but individual ingredient labels still need to be checked. Pony does not provide medical or nutritional advice.

Accounts & your records

You may use the app as a guest or create an optional account using an available sign-in provider. Keep access to your provider account secure. Do not attempt to access another person's data or interfere with the service.

Guest records are stored locally and may be lost when app data is removed. Optional backup depends on successful synchronization and service availability. Check the app's sync status before changing devices or removing local data.

Free recipes & Pony Plus

Paloma, Margarita and Mint Lime Fizz are the three fixed free recipes. Pony Plus provides access to the remaining recipe measurements and guides in the app's catalogue.

When subscriptions become available, the purchase screen shows the store's current price, billing period, renewal terms and any applicable introductory offer. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled through the relevant store according to its terms. No purchase is made through this website.

Subscription management, cancellations and refund requests are handled through Apple or Google as applicable. Restoring a purchase may require the same store account. Deleting the app or a Pony account does not cancel a subscription.

Content & acceptable use

You may use Pony for personal cocktail discovery and preparation. The Pony interface, original artwork and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Do not redistribute the app or its original assets, misrepresent ownership, circumvent access controls, or use the service unlawfully.

References to third-party recipes or services do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Availability & your rights

We aim to keep Pony useful and reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every recipe will suit every person. Features may be corrected, updated or discontinued, subject to applicable law and any existing consumer rights.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. The laws and protections applicable to you may depend on your location.

Privacy, deletion & updates

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. You can find deletion instructions on the account deletion page.

We may update these terms as Pony develops. The date above identifies this version. Where required, we will provide notice of material changes.
