• Tequila50 ml
• Lime15 mlfresh juice; extra garnish per glass
• Grapefruit soda120 ml
• Salta small pinch

What you'll need
Tall glass · measuring cup · spoon

Let's make it.

1. Start with the citrus

   Measure tequila and lime juice into the highball.

2. A little salt

   Add the listed pinch of salt. Leave it out if you prefer.

3. Make room for ice

   Fill the glass with ice.

4. Make it sparkle

   Measure the grapefruit soda and pour it slowly down the inside of the glass.

5. A gentle turn

   Stir once gently from the bottom to mix while keeping the bubbles.

6. The finishing touch

   Rest a lime wedge on the rim and serve.
