• Fresh mint10 leavesplus one garnish sprig per glass
• Lime25 mlfresh juice
• Simple syrup20 ml
• Soda water150 ml

What you'll need

Let's make it.

1. A bright beginning

   Measure lime juice and syrup into a tall glass.

2. Add the mint leaves

   Place the measured mint leaves in the glass.

3. Wake up the mint

   Press gently with the muddler to release aroma. Keep the leaves intact.

4. Add ice

   Fill the glass with ice.

5. Make it sparkle

   Measure and slowly add the soda water.

6. A gentle mix

   Stir once gently from the bottom.

7. Fresh mint

   Place a mint sprig near the rim.
